The PLANET ICA-H651 is the outdoor speed dome Internet camera offering the next generation video compression – H.264. It is the most effective solution for the bandwidth limited networks. The ICA-H651 features a 230X zooming (23x optical zoom, 10x digital zoom) with auto focus and auto iris. It offers fast, accurate and continuous 360 panning operations. The unparalled surveillance functions of the ICA-H651 including 128 camera presets, 16 camera tour configurations, and the motion detection make it able to satisfy the demanding surveillance and remote monitoring applications.

The ICA-H651 provides Multi-profile function which can generate H.264 / MPEG-4 / M-JPEG streaming for up to 20 users to capture the videos simultaneously at any location. Moreover, the resolution can be different from one user to another. This state of the art design is considerable to fit in various network environments like traffic centers, shopping malls, railway stations, warehouses, airports, and production facilities.

The ICA-H651 offers complete secure features, such as IP address filtering and camera movement control. By supporting Store-to-NAS function, it can work alone and save the video file to a NAS directly which can save the PC resource and keep monitoring the environment with motion detection at 7/24. It takes surveillance using 2-Way audio so that the administrator can speak to anyone at ICA-H651 remote site with a speaker connected. The ICA-H651 can also be setup into most of bad outdoor environment and keep working properly with the IP-66 protecting cover.
