PLANET has announced a wired / wireless IR IP camera,ICA-108W, for meeting the feedback from worldwide market. The ICA-108W can send live video and audio via the internet to a web browser anywhere in the world.

The ICA-108W features zero-lux illumination. The 6 IR illuminators built around the lens bring the clearest vision at night. The ICA-108W offers color picture in day time and monochrome at complete darkness with built in CMOS sensor up to 10 meters. Use new High-Light LED to provide greater performance in the dark and longer life of LED.

Multi-profile stands for video stream simultaneously. The ICA-108W can generate MPEG-4 and M-JPEG streaming to different users in the meantime. Moreover, the resolution can differ from one user to another. This state-of-art design is considerable to fit in various network environments. Up to 10 users can access to the 108W at any time simultaneously.

The ICA-108W takes surveillance to use 2-way audio. It can remotely talk to anyone at ICA-108W site when adding a speaker on ICA-108W. The ICA-108W uses IEEE 802.11b/g wireless technology that communicates at a maximum wireless signal rate of up to 54Mbps and security features include WEP and WPA encryption.
